Hill Climb/ Speed Drills ( Will Alternate Weekly )

Sundays - Meet @ Boh's Cycle @ 9:30 AM
Endurance Run
Beginners 2-3 mile run/walk
Advanced 8-9 Mile
The Sunday runs will gradually increase as our fitness levels
improve.
Fee to join will be $ 15, Which will entitle you to 10 % off your
runners & running apparel @ Boh's Cycle, as well as a
*Free Mizuno
Technical Tee.*
Running is real & relatively
simple...
But it ain't easy.
